What Web Development covers

We build web applications the way they are meant to be built: typed end to end, server-rendered where it counts, and measured against Core Web Vitals before anyone calls them finished.

Application Front Ends

React 19 and Next.js App Router builds with typed data flow, server components where they earn their keep, and client bundles kept deliberately small.

Design Systems

Component libraries on Tailwind CSS and Radix primitives — accessible by construction, themeable, and documented so a second team can pick them up.

Marketing & Content Sites

Static-first pages with structured data, generated sitemaps and image pipelines that ship AVIF and WebP without anyone remembering to.

Performance Engineering

Bundle analysis, route-level code splitting, font and image strategy, and a Lighthouse budget enforced in CI rather than checked once at launch.

SelectedBuilds

Projects we shipped in web development. Every one links to running software or the source it was built from — check any of them.

iTex Invoice Portal

2026React 19

Invoicing system for iTex Global Sourcing covering invoices, proformas and delivery challans.

Built the full portal — authenticated multi-document workflow, live-syncing records on a reactive backend, and print-accurate PDF output finance actually files.

HorizonTV

2025React 19

Streaming platform with browsable catalogue, playback and account management.

Built the catalogue and playback front end on React Router v7 with a Convex backend, Convex Auth for sessions, and a media grid that stays smooth at scale.

masif.dev

2026Next.js

Engineering portfolio with a retrieval-augmented chat interface over its own content.

Next.js site with MDX content, a vector-backed RAG endpoint on DataStax Astra DB, Upstash Redis for rate limiting and Vercel Postgres for persistence.

Reedesign Studio

2026React

WebGL studio site with real-time 3D running in the browser.

React and Vite front end with a Three.js scene graph, tuned so the 3D layer degrades cleanly on low-power GPUs instead of stalling the page.

Responsive Landing Page Library

2025HTML

Twenty-plus production landing pages across retail, real estate, fitness, travel and food.

Hand-built responsive templates in HTML and SCSS — no page builder — each deployed and browsable, covering the layout patterns most marketing sites need.

Process

  1. 01

    Scope

We map the screens, the data and the edge cases before writing code, so the estimate survives contact with the build.

  2. 02

    Architect

Routing, data fetching and state boundaries get decided up front. Most web projects rot because these were decided by accident.

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly deployable increments on a preview URL. You watch it come together instead of waiting for a reveal.

  4. 04

    Harden

Accessibility pass, performance budget, SEO audit and error monitoring — before launch, not after the first bad week.

Questions

What clients ask before starting web development work with us.

How long does a custom web application take to build?

A focused application — think an internal portal or a booking tool — runs six to ten weeks from scope to launch. Marketing sites land in two to four. Anything with heavy integrations, compliance requirements or a design system built from scratch runs longer, and we say so in the estimate rather than discovering it in month three.

Which framework will you use for my project?

Next.js for anything needing SEO, server rendering or a mixed static and dynamic surface. React with Vite for authenticated applications where the whole thing sits behind a login. Astro when the site is mostly content and should ship almost no JavaScript. We pick per project and explain the trade-off — we don't have a house framework we sell to everyone.

Do you work with an existing codebase?

Yes. We take on inherited React, Next.js and TypeScript codebases for feature work, performance rescue and migration. The first deliverable is a written read of what's there and what it will cost to keep — before anyone commits to a rewrite.

Is SEO included in web development?

It's part of the build, not a line item bolted on afterwards. Semantic markup, structured data, generated sitemaps, canonical URLs, Open Graph metadata and a Core Web Vitals budget are all set before launch, because retrofitting them is where the cost is.

Who owns the code when the project ends?

You do, in full, on a repository you control. We hand over the codebase, the deployment pipeline and the documentation needed to run it without us.
